Customer service is one of the most
of an organization’s overall strategy for success.
commitment to customer service always begins at the top and
the Oak Lawn Park District is no different.
In accordance with our
Strategic Plan's Key Strategy #5 (Improve Customer Service) the Park
District's Communications Department has launched an initiative to
develope a comprehensive plan
that will achieve this goal of offering across-the-board, training that
will put everyone on the same page. There will be consistency among all of
our colleagues with regards to customer service expectations,
both internal and external.
