The 38-acre Centennial Park—located adjacent to the Community Pavilion at 93rd St. & Nashville Ave.—is the largest recreation park found in Oak Lawn. Featuring plenty of open space, Centennial hosts adult softball leagues, adult sand-volleyball leagues, plus youth soccer and nerf-football programs. It also features a colorful playground and inline-skating court. It is also home to the Oak Lawn Family Days celebration every August. To the east of the park, Centennial Pool attracts young and old in the summertime with learn-to-swim lessons, open-swim session and pool-party rentals.
