Patrick Sullivan Park, 99th
Named for a popular park-district commissioner, Sullivan Park—located at 99th St. & Kostner Ave.—was Oak Lawn's first park incorporated east of Cicero Avenue. In 1955, it was called Beverly Lawn Park, but it was renamed in the late 1990s. The park features some unique playground equipment, enjoyed by many neighborhood kids. Multiple sports can also be enjoyed at this 5-acre site, including basketball, baseball, softball, soccer and tennis.
