Program Philosophy

The FLASH Program is committed to providing a safe & recreational program, both before and after school, for children of working parents in the K-5 school of School District 122 & 123.  The program is structured to be comfortable and recreational to counterbalance the day's educational activities.  The experienced & caring staff are sensitive & flexible to meet the needs of parents, as well as to meet both the physical & emotional needs of the children.
