EARLY DISMISSAL: Early dismissal days are included in the cost if your child is already scheduled to be there on that day. Children not already scheduled to attend on these days may do so for a small fee. Lunch will be provided by Flash.
DAYS OFF: On most school days off & holiday breaks The FLASH Program offers a 6:45AM to 6PM program. On these days, we typically take the children on a field trip, provide lunch, and spend the rest of the day at the Oak Lawn Park District Pavilion. Costs are separate from monthly tuition. Information for these days will be distributed in monthly newsletters and registration forms.
SNACKS: We provide healthy snacks to give kids the nutrients & energy they need to keep their bodies running strong & smart. Snack is served in the afternoon only.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: Daily indoor & outdoor activities offer endless ways for the children to get physical exercise, socialize, & have fun!
ARTS & MUSIC: Children have opportunity to express themselves creatively through arts & music.
QUIET TIME: Every day we will encourage the children to work on homework. Our staff will be on hand to assist the children, if needed.
T-SHIRT: FREE yearly t-shirt for everyone that signs up. Additional shirts available for sale, $5 per shirt.
MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS: Newsletter will be provided monthly with important program information, updates & other park district news.
NEW PAYMENT INFORMATION: This year everyone will be required to provide credit or bank account information at the time of registration for security. Monthly Direct Withdrawal Plans are available through credit card & bank accounts. Master Card and Visa ONLY
SPECIAL: High School Students in the area may come in & receive service hrs for helping the children with their academics.
