Come out for an evening of yoga under the stars on Tuesday, August 18th from 8:15-9:15pm. Enjoy the relaxation and health benefits of a yoga class while being outdoors at Oak Lawn Park District’s Oak View Center located at 4625 W. 110th St.
Hatha yoga uses body postures and breathing techniques with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body. Participants must bring their own yoga mat.
Registration is required and is accepted online at www.olparks.com or at a Park District facility. The fee per person is $6.
