FLASH Break Camps  

HOW TO REGISTER

During extended breaks from school, FLASH will offer "Break Camps." Break Camps will be offered during Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. Summer Break Camp will run one week after the end of the school year. There is NO FLASH offered over the summer. During the 2022-2023 school year, FLASH Break Camps visited exciting and engaging venues such as Urban Air, Brookfield Zoo, Wrigley Field for a tour of the facility, and Shedd Aquarium.

Children ages 5-13 enrolled in the FLASH program are welcome to attend FLASH field trips, as well as children NOT enrolled in regular FLASH (anyone can register!). Information regarding these days will be communicated in an informational email (to regular FLASH parents/guardians, from the FLASH staff at the school themselves, and on the Oak Lawn Park District website). Registration for FLASH Break Camps MUST be done either in-person at the Community Pavilion, or on the Oak Lawn Park District website. If your child does not already have a red FLASH t-shirt that is required to go on the trips, one can be purchased at the Community Pavilion front desk for $10. Fee: $49 per day
