Our Fall 2020 Guide will seem a little different this year as we present a Digital Only Program Guide. We know this may not be the preferred way of receiving program information, but as the current situation keeps evolving, we hope this is the best way to keep our Fall information up-to-date.
So you can better track what changes have been made to our current Program Guide, we will implement the following key:
Download the key for future reference.
1. Cancelled Programs, Events or Services
We will place a red “CANCELLED” stamp across the specific program, event or service being cancelled. This means that the program, event, or service will not be
rescheduled at this time. If you have a refund question, please contact the supervisor in charge. A staff directory along with email address can be found at the ‘About Us’ Tab.
You may also call 708-857-2225.
2. Changed or Rescheduled Program, Event or Service
We will highlight in yellow the specific program, event or service being changed. This means that the program, event, or service has a day, date, time, location, fee, and/or
description change. Please visit our online registration tab to view the correct program or event information. If you have a refund question, please contact the supervisor
in charge. A staff directory along with email address can be found at the ‘About Us’ Tab. You may also call 708-857-2225.
3. Running As Is
If you do not see a “CANCELLED” stamp or highlight on a program, event or service, please assume they are running as displayed and scheduled.
We are taking these challenging times day by day and appreciate your patience as we roll out this new process. Thank you for understanding. We miss you, send you well wishes, and hope to see you soon!
