Oak Lawn Park District Oak View Community Center Rental Information
Room Rental Rates:
- Single Room (accommodates up to 50 people) $40 per hour ($100 deposit)
- Double Room (accommodates up to 100 people) $55 per hour ($150 deposit)
- Triple Room (accommodates up to 150 people) $70 per hour ($200 deposit)
- Quad Room (accommodates up to 200 people) $85 per hour ($250 deposit)
Additional Fees: (one time charge – NOT per hour)
Non-Resident = $25
Room w/ sink = $5
Tables & Chairs (6 chairs to 1 table)
- $6 per table
- $1 per chair
Kitchen Rental: $25
Cooler (available with certain rooms): $20
- Deposits are needed to book a rental. A refund check, issued by the Oak Lawn Park District, will be mailed back to the renter after the rental, minus any additional fees that were acquired. Checks will take a minimum of two weeks.
- Rentals canceled with notice of 15 days or more of the rental, will be given a 100% refund of their deposit. Rentals canceled between 8-14 days prior to rental date will be given 50% refund of their deposit. Deposits on rental canceled 7 days or less are non-refundable.
- No D.J., Glitter, Confetti, Smoking, or Alcohol allowed in the building.
