The Oak Lawn Park District is excited to host the Sunday Concerts on the Green and free Movies in the Park, in conjunction with the Village of Oak Lawn. All concerts and movies are free to the public and will take place at the Village of Oak Lawn Village Green, located at 9446 S. Raymond Ave.
The 2024 concert line-up is as follows:
June 2: Mixtape Junkies (70’s/80’s Hits)
June 23: Los Tamales Jazz Band (Jazz Fusion)
July 14: Roundhousers (Rock, 90’s, Early 2000’s)
July 21: Serenity Now! (90’s Rock, Grunge, Pop)
August 4: Coax and Folks (Country, Classic Rock, Pop)
August 18: Strung Out (Rock, Pop, 70’s One-Hit Wonders)
The Movies in the Park will all begin at dusk (around 8:45 pm). The first movie will be Trolls: Band Together on Friday, June 28, followed by Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie on Friday, July 19. The last movie, Migration will be on Friday, August 16, but will be at Centennial Park (9401 S. Oak Park Ave.) as part of our free event, Summer’s Last Blast, which starts at 6:00 pm. The movie will begin at 8:45 pm.
The 4h of July Fireworks Show, presented in partnership with the Village of Oak Lawn, will be Thursday, July 4 at Dusk. Fireworks will be shot off at Richards High School.
