⚠️ Storm Update: June 12, 2026

Due to last night’s storm, please note the following facility updates:

  • Menard Center will remain closed due to power outage
  • Stony Creek Golf Course is allowing walking golf only, the range is open, but the restaurant is closed for the day.
  • Memorial Splash Pad and Memorial Activity Center is closed due to power outage

Currently, Centennial Aquatic Center and Central Pool are both scheduled to open at 12:30 PM

Our parks are experiencing tree and branch damage from the storm. Our staff is actively assessing all park  locations and clearing debris over the next several days.

The Oak Lawn Park District Preschool Program, located at the Oak View Center & Museum (4625 W. 110th St.), providing a variety of age appropriate opportunities for children to thrive socially, academically and personally in a clean, safe and caring environment. Junior Program Goals:
  • Identify name recognition
  • Learn proper pencil and scissor grip

  • Strong emphasis on social skills.
Senior Program Goals:
  • First and last name recognition
  • Recognize and write alphabet in upper and lower case
  • Recognize 1-20 and count to 100
  • Rhyming, Opposites, and word family recognition
