An all-new pilates pop-up summer evening class led by Jen Dawson is a special treat! This class will be sure to leave you feeling renewed. Step into an hour of self-care and learn to stretch and flow to this full-body Pilates workout lit to candlelight and set to Instrumental Music. This class will help you to increase your flexibility and strength, improve balance, mindfulness and posture, but most importantly it will provide you with a blissful opportunity for self care. All levels welcome.
