The Oak View Center & Museum is home to a variety of group fitness classes that run every day of the week.

Please register early! Registration deadline is 1 week before class starts. Classes will be cancelled if the minimums are not met. Fitness classes will not be held on holidays. Please bring your own mat for floor exercises.

Sign up for two or more classes at the same time and you will receive $5 off every class after the first! (Some exclusions apply such as Active Adults because it is already discounted.)

Fitness for Beginners: This class is designed to work on each part of the body. No-impact aerobics will be the focus, which will help burn off excess body fat. No further discounts can be applied to this class.   PDNA (mf)

Active Adults: Join us and meet new friends while you get in shape and have fun. Get going and get fit for life! PDNA

Core & Balance: The body’s core is needed for daily function. A strong core can improve posture, balance, and movement. This class will consist of exercises to not only strengthen the core but improve balance. PDNA (mf)

Peace Yoga: Treat and challenge yourself to the yoga experience. Let the yoga mind and body connection of deep stretching exercise bring the harmony of fitness and wellness to your life. PDNA

Senior Strength: Get Strong, Fit & improve balance. PDNA

Stretch & Flex: We will use a wide range of exercise modalities to improve our strength, flexibility and overall fitness. PDNA

Active Chair Yoga: This class is gentle, safe and fun as we move, adapting yoga poses to improve flexibility, range of motion, balance and strength in all areas of the body. Poses are done while using the support of a chair seated and standing. PDNA

Gentle Yoga: This is a Hatha yoga class practiced gently and mindfully at a slower pace with focus on the breath, gentle movement, sweet stretches, and relaxation. We work to increase strength, range of motion and flexibility in all areas of the body. PDNA

Slimnastics: Learn the components of a good and safe workout. You will burn fat, become more flexible, and strengthen your bones.

T’ai Chi & QiGong: T’ai Chi is a functional, standing practice that builds balance, coordination, and whole-body movement while engaging the respiratory system.

Yoga for Weight Loss: This class is based on Kundalini Yoga and Pilates. We move continuously throughout the class in different positions from 1 minute to 5 minutes to burn calories.

Zumbini: This program is designed to let adults and their little one from ages 0-3 years old wiggle, sing and learn together.  The Zumbini program is where the science of child development meets the magic of the Zumba program for the ultimate bonding experience!

Cardio Power Kickboxing: This class will consist of high intensity interval training using martial art style exercises. PDNA (mf)

Total Body Strength: This class uses bodyweight strength exercises, calisthenics, conditioning and balance drills to improve your overall fitness and injury prevention ability. PDNA

Get on your Feet: This class incorporates a full warm-up followed by all standing exercises for your major muscle groups which will keep you moving, which is good for your heart.
