Indoor Playground Rental

Fees:
  • Resident: $60/hour + $100 Security Deposit
  • Non-Resident: $75/hour + $100 Security Deposit
  • Bounce House Rental: $75
  • Half Gym Court Rental add on: $60/hour
Rental Availability
  • The Indoor Playground is available for rent any day there is availability. 
  • Parties must be a minimum of 2 hours long. 
  • 1 hour must be scheduled in between parties.
  • Parties must be scheduled to end one hour before the Community Pavilion closes on that day. 
  • Parties can only be rented 3 months in advance and no less than 7 days in advance of the party date.
  • Patrons have the option to rent half the gym, pending availability, with their room rental at the rate of $60/hour. 
How to Rent
  • Patron must complete an Indoor Playground Rental Application and pay the security deposit as well as the rental fee IN FULL in order to reserve the date.
  • Applicant must be over 21 years of age. 
Capacity
  • The Indoor Playground can accommodate up to 48 guests comfortably. 
  • The room is equipped with 10 tables (2 for food/presents and 8 for seating) and 48 chairs. 
Arrival & Departure 
  • Patrons may arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up for their party and MUST be out of the party room by their designated end time. 
  • PATRONS THAT ARE NOT OUT OF THE ROOM 15 MINUTES AFTER THEIR PARTY ENDS WILL LOSE THEIR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
Set Up
  • Each table seats 6 people. 
  • Tablecloths are not provided. 
Clean Up
  • Renter is responsible for cleaning up all decorations, adhesives, garbage and food. 
  • Spills should be reported to the front desk for maintenance cleanup.
  • All trash should be placed in the receptacles. 
  • Maintenance will sweep the floor and wipe down tables.
  • IN THE EVENT OF AN EXCESSIVE MESS THE RENTER WILL BE ASSESSED A $50 CLEANING FEE.
General
  • No confetti or piñatas.
  • No Alcohol or tobacco products. 
  • Outside food and drink is allowed, but must remain in the room. 
  • Patrons must supply their own paper products, candles, etc.
Security Deposit 

The rental deposit will be returned if the patron leaves the facility on time and if there are no damages or clean up fees as a result of their rental.  If security deposit was paid with cash/check the deposit will be returned via check within 2-3 weeks after the rental.  The check will be made out in the name and address of the person the rental is reserved under.  If the refund check needs to be made out in a different name and address you must notify the facility general manager in advance of the rental date. If security deposit was paid for via credit/debit card they will receive a credit to that card within 7 days after the rental date.  If there is any damage to Oak Lawn Park District property the security deposit will not be returned. They will be contacted by the rental coordinator in the event that we will require compensation for damages and they will be sent a copy of the bill. 

Refund Policy 

Rentals that are canceled 7 days or more in advance of the scheduled rental date will be charged a 10% processing fee for the amount of the rental. Rentals that are canceled within 7 days of the scheduled rental date will lose their $50 security deposit and will be charged a 10% processing fee for the amount of the rental.  If they request a refund and they paid with cash/check they will have the option to receive a household credit or to receive a check in the mail. Refunds via check are processed and mailed out every two weeks per Oak Lawn Park District refund procedures. This means it could take up to 2-3 weeks to receive the refund. If they pay via credit/debit card they have the option to receive a household credit or the refund can be applied to the card they paid the original balance with.
